I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

HIS PASTORAL VISION PLAN
As a leader, and a reverend under God's calling, I place before you Gods vision for the church of today. As a pastor it is not an optional thing, nor is it negotiable. Because, I was called by God. We must have a vision from God first to give to the people of this church of today. This clearly defines WHO WE ARE, and where WE ARE IN THE BODY OF CHRIST.
Then we must understand WHERE WE ARE GOING and how WE plan to get there together. The Bible states, How Can two walk together, except they agree? If we have a plan, an agreement, and also being on one accord we will be a successful church. We need to understand as being in one body of Christ that God wants involvement in His ministry for His Glory! That means there is a place for everyone to serve. Furthermore, we need to understand if we’re going to set goals we need to build a foundation.
THE GOALS
If were planning to build together we must stand firmly together as one family teaching Gods doctrines, to the lost, and hurting souls of our communities by doing what it takes. By sharing and caring for our surrounding communities. AS A CHURCH FAMILY WE MUST DREAM OF SHARING the good news of Jesus Christ with every resident in our community,OUR DREAM is to DEVELOP and EQUIP every new member into the ministry of the Church where every auxiliary should embrace and encourage new members.
My Vision is to see GOD do EXCEEDINGLY, ABUNDANTLY, ABOVE all that we can ASK FOR or THINK of in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, that it’s already DONE.
Let us understand again our mission;
Matthew 28:19-20, Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days, to the very close and consummation of the age. Amen.
But, if we don't love God whole heartily, and have the love for lost people, no matter what race they are, we will never fulfill our responsibilities as a church family if don’t have the love for one another in our surrounding community.
If we look again at what Habakkuk said: we must make our vision plain to everyone. We must also keep it before us; therefore we must stick with the plan. Proverbs 29:18 says,Where there is no vision, the people perish; but he who keeps the law,-blessed is he.
Question; Do we believe this vision to be Gods vision for us? the answer will be placed on what we do with it. My sincere desire is that we will take it and run with it.
At the end of the day it is up to us to accomplish whatever vision and goals that we are aiming for if we are going to build the church, school and community. We would have to work with one another if we’re going to be successful in this run. We must stay focused on the prize of His high calling now; let us come together, to do the work, and leave the results to God. Because we can’t do anything on our own, the Holy Spirit is the best teacher of all.
Let us be patient,
Galatians 6:9 says, and let us not be weary in well doing in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Proverbs 11:30 says , the fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who win souls are wise.

- The Vision is plain!
- God's command is clear!
- Now it is up to us, will we accomplish God's mission for us?

Habakkuk 2:2-4 " And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by. For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behind hand on its appointed day. Look at the proud; his soul is not straight or right within him, but the just and the [uncompromisingly] righteous man shall live by his faith and in his faithfulness"
